Refund & Return Policy

At Amora, we want you to feel confident and excited about every piece you receive. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we've outlined our policy below to keep everything clear, fair, and hassle-free.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

To start a return, please contact us at support@amorakeepsakes.com. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund

Promotional Orders Orders placed using promotions (e.g. Buy One Get One Free, bundles, or discounts) follow different terms:

  • These orders are non-returnable
  • They are only eligible for partial refunds
  • Refunds typically range between 30%–50%, depending on the promotion

This ensures fairness while protecting promotional pricing.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Perishable or custom-made items

Subjective Appearance Every Amora piece is photographed under professional lighting to showcase its best features. In everyday lighting, sparkle and shine may naturally appear different, and what one customer considers "very sparkly" another may not. Because brilliance is subjective and influenced by lighting, screens, and individual perception, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive as described but don't sparkle as much as expected. Defects or quality issues, of course, are always covered under our Damaged Items policy.

Exchanges Need a different size? We're happy to help:

  • We can send a replacement size (subject to availability)
  • In most cases, you won't need to return the original item

Please note: Once an item has been exchanged, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund. We recommend double-checking sizing before requesting an exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After this window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled
  • Once shipped, orders must be delivered before any refund request can be reviewed

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Something is missing

We'll resolve this as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to return your item within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with tags

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible returns
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Chargebacks We're always here to help and resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, as this may delay your resolution or impact eligibility.
