Shipping & Delivery
Processing times, tracking, and where we ship.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We carefully check and pack every order within 2–4 business days. Once it's on its way, delivery usually takes a further 5–9 business days — so most orders arrive within about 7–13 business days of ordering.
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also use Track your order at any time.
Heads up: tracking can take a few days to show its first scan while your parcel enters the delivery network. That's completely normal and doesn't mean it's stuck.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?
Almost always, no. Tracking often goes quiet for a little while between scans as your parcel moves through the network — it's still on its way. If your estimated window has fully passed and there's still no movement, email us at support@amorakeepsakes.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, United States, Ireland, the EU, Australia, Canada and more. The delivery times above apply once your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
UK orders won't incur any customs charges. For some international destinations, local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's rules — these are set by your local customs office and are outside our control.

Can I change the colour or details of my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us at support@amorakeepsakes.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they enter processing and can't be cancelled, but you're still covered by our 30‑day return policy once your order arrives.
I think I ordered the wrong colour — what should I do?
Just email us straight away with your order number. If it hasn't shipped, we can switch it for you. If it's already on its way, we'll help you sort it once it arrives.
My order arrived but the free gift is missing.
We're sorry about that! If your order qualified for a free gift and it didn't arrive, email us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll arrange the missing item right away.
Sizing & Fit
Finding your perfect fit.
What size is the Amora Ankle Chain — will it fit me?
The anklet has a total length of 26 cm and fastens at any point along its extender chain, so it adjusts to suit most ankles.
To find your fit, wrap a tape measure (or a strip of paper) around your ankle where you'd wear it, then add 2–3 cm for comfort. For full details, see our sizing guide.
Is it adjustable?
Yes. Every anklet comes with a lobster clasp and an extender chain, so you can wear it looser for a relaxed drape or closer for a snug fit. The vast majority of customers — narrow or wider ankles — find it sits comfortably with room to spare.

What is it made of?
Our pieces are made from 316L surgical‑grade stainless steel — hypoallergenic and nickel‑free, so it's gentle on sensitive skin.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. 316L stainless steel is tarnish‑proof by design — it won't fade, discolour, or react with your skin. Many customers wear theirs every day for months without a change.
Can I wear it in the shower, gym, or sea?
Absolutely — it's fully waterproof. Shower, swim, work out and wear it in the sea; it's made to be lived in.
The colour or sparkle looks a little different to the photos.
Our pieces are photographed in natural light, and tones can look slightly different from screen to screen. In particular, our silver has a bright, polished finish rather than a high‑sparkle "diamond" look — the serpentine texture gives an elegant shimmer rather than crystal‑set stones.
How do I care for my jewellery?
It's wonderfully low‑maintenance. To keep it gleaming, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth now and then. No special products needed.
Returns & Refunds
Our 30‑day policy, faulty items, and refunds.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30‑day return window on eligible items, from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

My item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We'll put it right straight away. Email us within 30 days at support@amorakeepsakes.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — usually with nothing for you to send back.
I've changed my mind, or need a different colour/size.
No problem. Return it unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we'll refund your original payment method as soon as it arrives — or issue store credit instead if you'd prefer, which is usually faster.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No — we don't charge a restocking fee on returns.
How do I start a return?
Email support@amorakeepsakes.com with your order number and we'll send you simple instructions. Please wait for approval before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.
Can I exchange for a different size instead?
Yes — email us and, in most cases, we can send a replacement size without you needing to return the original. Please note that once an item has been exchanged, that order is final and no longer eligible for a refund, so do double‑check sizing first.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, get in touch and we'll look into it.
